Warranty:

We undertake strict quality assurance on all products manufactured and sold by RODSOCK and offer 30 day warranty from date of purchase on all our products.

Warranty is provided against product fault or failure as the result of the intended uses and excludes misuse, negligence, incorrect selection or change of mind.

All warranty claims will be handled within 7 days as set out by the Office of Fair Trading in Australia.

 

Returns/Refunds:

In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period. Just return the product (at the customers expense) in new condition within the 30 days of the purchase date and we will exchange and return a replacement product free of charge or gratefully refund the purchase price.
